Happy National Wine and Cheese Day! It’s like milk and cookies, burgers and fries, peanut butter and jelly, and the list goes on. Wine and cheese is a classic pairing that provides a deliciously elegant experience. This national observance day was first celebrated on July 25th of 2014. While the holiday itself is fairly young, people’s love for the wine and cheese pairing has been present for hundreds of years.
In honor of National Wine & Cheese Day, Kimble’s wanted to highlight our love for this tasty pairing and how we like to enjoy this combination. Here at Kimble’s one of our favorite ways to enjoy this pairing is through a Charcuterie Grazing Table. Our Catering team offers a large selection of assorted meats and cheeses along with crackers, jams, honey, nuts, and olives & grapes.
In order to add our special touch, our Catering team uses locally sourced ingredients to make up this table including a selection of Boar’s Head meats and cheeses and honey from the Savannah Bee Company.
